Frank H. McLean lives in Caledon, Ontario. He grew up moving throughout Ontario, especially in the Greater Toronto Area, and has a love of the arts and athletics. He overcame abuse and addiction through Meditation, Health & Fitness and his will to live. This book is intended to reach those that are struggling with these issues.

As he grew up in the Greater Toronto Area, Frank was faced with immense challenges: an abusive mother, a missing father, a family that moved frequently, childhood sexual abuse, and strangers continually boarding in his home. Having lived through circumstances he wouldn’t wish on anyone, Frank finds himself struggling with crime, homelessness, addiction, and depression while trying to make sense of it all.

But Frank’s story is not only one of pain and trauma. It is a story of survival, of striving to find love and connection despite what life has thrown at him. It is his journey of finding strength, healing, and spirituality. It is a story of being found.
